Art of Living Retreat Center

The Art of Living Retreat Center seeks to reawaken human values – compassion, love, togetherness, joy, harmony – and to nurture them in our day-to-day lives. The Center hosts workshops and retreats that take you deeper into the rich experiences of life.

The Need

The Art of Living Retreat Center possessed a substantial and a quality facility but lacked the capacity to fill that facility. The programming and marketing were too narrowly focused to support the size of the facility that have and lacked access to a wider programming vision.

Work Done

Built a programming/product development department with all the associated systems and networks and developed a new product line marketing strategy and rebranding for the Art of Living Retreat Center. Initiated the building of a sales force database adapted for a program center Increased brand awareness among luminary faculty through-out the US.
