The NAMA organization was at a crossroad inflection point in its lifecycle. It faced declining membership and financial challenges looking into the future.
Work Done:
Patton interviewed key stakeholders to assess the organization from top to bottom, highlighting areas that needed focus and opportunities for growth. Working with key board members and staff over a three-day retreat setting, Patton guided the organization’s leaders to a renewed focus on client service and membership support. Together they arrived at sound strategies to take advantage of the opportunities that surfaced with structures and timelines for executing those strategies. Patton also worked with the board to clarify its role and empowered both board and staff by outlining key contributions that each can make.
