This one of a kind sanctuary at the intersection of the Pacific Coast and Mendocino’s Anderson Valley is a response to the suggestion that our purpose in life is to create connection. A training ground that fosters the much needed elements of empathy, connection, and attention, The Land is the door to your turned on life.
The Need
The land organization developed a close knit community and a reliable curriculum that had found some purchase in the marketplace. Their challenge was in building an organizational culture sufficient to make clear strategic decisions and executing those decisions. They had suboptimal organizational structure and limited background in how to successfully business plan from year to year and how to integrate the various aspects of their work into one coherent organizational strategy.

Endorsement
The Sarley team provided a dimensional shift in progress at our retreat center. Their visions transformed the heart of our group, and what was previously impossible became possible. The visions and aspirations we had for our organization were real and wanted to happen; however, we couldn’t quite get lift off. By working with Dinabandhu and Ila, we learned the changes required of each person, and the organization as a whole, for the bud to flower. They brought both a deep, lived understanding of the principles at play and operational know-how that has allowed our organization to flower. We are realizing our vision in no small part due to them.
