About
Built in 1921, Shangri-La Springs offers a variety of unique services including a stately property with an organic garden, fitness studio, organic restaurant, full-service organic spa, gift shop and event and wedding venue rated GOLD in the Naples Daily News 2019 Best of Bonita/Estero.
The Need
The Shangrila Springs organization wanted to develop a learning center facility, business plan and vision but had little experience in the field.
Work Done:
In collaboration with the founders, developed a comprehensive business plan, brand identity, programming and marketing strategy, physical plant development. Trained the team to build a programming system and calendar.
